12/29 - Providence Bruins vs Springfield Falcons - 2nd Period Recap:
After a rather tame first period, the second period started off rather quickly, as Camper scored his second of the game, just 50 seconds into the period.  Joe Morrow was able to keep the puck in on the blue line, and he rocketed a slapshot from the point which Camper was able to get his stick to.  Just 39 seconds following Camper’s second goal, the Falcons got on the board as Jake Hansen scored his 7th of the season, depositing the rebound from Darryl Boyce’s original shot.  Jean-Francois Jacques was given the secondary assist on the play.  2 minutes later, Springfield was able to tie the game as Frederic St. Denis took a shot which deflected off the stick of Mike Moore then off the ice and over Svedberg’s shoulder.  Spencer Machacek and Tim Miller assisted on St. Denis’ seventh of the season.  The @AHLBruins would regain the lead converting on their first powerplay of the game.  Florek was the recipient of some great passing by Camper and then by Craig Cunningham.  The goal was Florek’s, 8th of the season.  Springfield finished with 14 shots for the period, as the @AHLBruins had 7.  After 2 periods, shots were 19-12 in favor of the Falcons.

I woke up in Adirondack, went to pregame skate this morning, came out and coach told me I had to head back to the hotel and get my stuff ready in case I got the call-up today. So I went back, kind of rushed, got the stuff packed and then I ended up getting called up at about 12:30. Took an hour for us to find a way to get from Glens Falls up to Ottawa. Ended up taking a cab about four and a half hours to the border, got in a car service up there and got to the rink about five minutes before warm-ups started. So it’s been a whirlwind it still kind of seems a little surreal.

12/28 - #PBruins vs Adirondack Phantoms: 1st Period Review
Playing with only 5 defensemen tonight, the #PBruins knew that they would have to put a maximum effort into tonight’s game.  The #PBruins put the pressure on the Phantoms early, having two clean breakaways that were denied by Carsen Chubak within the first 5 minutes of the game.  The #PBruins would breakthrough Chubak following a delayed penalty call.  With Subban on the bench, and an extra attacker on the ice, the #PBruins controlled the puck and Carter Camper was able to locate an open Cunningham who one-timed the shot past Chubak in the slot.  It was Cunningham’s 11th goal of the season.  Tommy Cross also got an assist on the play.  The rest of the period was tightly contested, with chances for both teams.  Shots finished at 12-5 in favor of the #PBruins
